Procedure
Step 1: Create the Playbook
1. Navigate to Library > Playbook in HubSpot.Step 2: Add a Description
- Add a description at the top of the playbook. Example:
- Description: This playbook is used to find all active and approved booking links across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success.
Step 3: Add Primary Text Sections
1. Add a section with the primary text:-
- Example: Marketing Primary Booking Links:
- Embed all relevant marketing booking links for scheduling meetings.

- Embed the setters' booking links.
Step 4: Publish the Playbook
- Once all necessary booking links are added and reviewed, click Publish to make the playbook accessible to the team.
Step 5: Review the Playbook
- Go to Library > Playbook to view the published playbook.
- Click Preview to test the links and ensure they are working properly.
Step 6: Adding the playbook widget to your view
- Navigate to the object view you want to edit in settings
- Click into the view and then on the right hand side, click “Add Cards” and choose the playbook card

- Regularly update the playbook as new booking links are created or approved.
